Managing Your Sytira Subscription, Upgrades & Invoices
Sytira provides self-serve subscription management powered by Stripe Billing.
Accessing the Customer Billing Portal
1. Log into your Sytira Dashboard at app.sytira.com.
2. Navigate to Settings -> Billing.
3. Click Manage Subscription & Payment Details.
4. You will be redirected securely to the Sytira Stripe Customer Portal.
What You Can Do in the Portal
- Upgrade or Downgrade Plans: Switch between Starter ($19/mo) and Growth ($49/mo) or save 20% by switching to annual
billing.
- Update Payment Method: Add or update credit cards and billing addresses.
- Download Invoices & Receipts: Access PDF invoices with detailed tax receipts for your accounting.
- Cancel Subscription: Cancel anytime with immediate confirmation and service access retained until the end of your
billing cycle.
