How to Use AI Copilot in a Chat 1. Open any active customer conversation in your Sytira dashboard. 2. Type a draft reply or brief points in the message input area. 3. Click the AI Sparkles icon located on the reply toolbar. 4. Choose an action: Improve Writing, Summarize, Expand, or Make Formal. 5. Review the AI suggestion and insert it into the composer with one click.

Creating Canned Responses & Keyboard Shortcuts Canned responses allow agents to insert standardized, approved answers to common customer questions in seconds using quick slash / commands. Adding a Canned Response 1. Go to Settings -> Canned Responses in your Sytira dashboard. 2. Click Add Canned Response. 3. Set a Short Code (e.g., pricing, refund, hours). 4. Type the full message template. 5. Click Submit. Using Canned Responses in Chat When responding to a customer: 1. Type / in the reply box followed by your shortcode (e.g., /pricing). 2. Use your arrow keys to select the template from the autocomplete menu. 3. Press Enter to insert the full response immediately into your reply.
